Refund policy

We will gladly issue store credit for merchandise up to 14 days from the date the merchandise is taken by, collected for, or received by the customer or offer a full refund within 7 days from the date of your original purchase or order date, whichever is the earliest.
To be eligible for a return, your item must have a design flaw. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and photo evidence of the design flaw. 
To start a return, you MUST contact us at lipstickandmirrorsdesignco@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom products, special orders and personalized items cannot be returned. If you fail to approve your custom design within in 14 days of paying your deposit your order with be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. If you fail to provide design assets such as pictures, special fonts, color schemes within 14 days of paying your design deposit your order will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited. Please contact us if you forsee any delays as our wish to to partner with you to create beautiful custom designs.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Merchandise Not Picked Up
Thirty days after your original pickup date if you have not picked up merchandise for which you have paid, that merchandise will be considered abandoned and your rights to the merchandise will terminate. During the thirty-day period after your recorded, Lipstick & Mirrors will use reasonable efforts to try to contact you by the phone, and/or email which you provided to request that you pick up your merchandise. If you are unreachable or unresponsive to Lipstick & Mirrors' communications, your rights to the merchandise will similarly terminate and all monies paid would be forfeit.
